Just when the end of middle school is in sight, bam! questions about high school course selections are having to be made. WMS 8th grade students use the new online Student Scheduler to focus on the not too distant future.
Being a homebound students hasn’t kept WMS student Tristan F. from connecting with his classmates! Using web cams and Web-Ex to conduct online meetings with the help of Campus Technologist Kathy Gryta, Tristan has listened in on Mrs. Ortiz’s language arts class and Mrs. Flores’ Texas History class. He has been able to take notes and send and receive assignments from his teachers using email. This week Tristan was even able to present his Titanic poster to his class at the culmination of their unit on Titanic.

Just in time for the winter break, WMS Journalism students have published their holiday edition of What’s Up at Wallace. Journalism teacher Coach Jonathan Campbell and his staff are keeping us up to date with the travels of the Ranger Choirs for Christmas caroling, and the exciting news about winning streak of the Ranger Basketball squad.
